My buddy works at Sears and told me they had those remote controlled chimp heads on sale for $35. They were so expensive around Christmas. So I bought one. And it looks like they've started selling for a lot less on ebay. Gotta be good for something.

Just got back from my first TransWorld  trade show and what a blast.  Ran across a great thunder and lightning controller by i-Zombie.  It is a first cl@@@@ professional piece of gear at a reasonable price.  They have three models, a single channel, a true stereo model and a four channel.  They had the controllers open so you could see the circuit boards.   These are not another color organ like everyone else is selling for the same price or more.   You can even reverse the control on the single channel  and the stereo unit so it dims rather then flashes so you can hook it up to a lamp and it looks like you are having electrical problems during the storm.  They have several other advanced features.  Very cool units, check them out.   http://www.i-zombie.com/

Have you tested the bulbs yet?  How did they do?  How do they compare to a standard tubular bulb?

I know I voiced my opinion on this ....a lot! But I still can't see how this has anything to do with PROP BUILDING!
